1869, First Printing of Prince Milan I issue BISECTED 10 para brown perforated 9 1/2:12 (Michel #12 IC) in combination with 35 Para green two singles perforated 9 1/2:12 (Michel 16 IC) and the VERY RARE 35 Para green PERFORATED 9 1/2 (Michel #16 IB) on registered cover front from IVANJICA (19.1 cds) to Izice. The double rate registered cover was underpaid by 10 para (110 para instead of 120). The two very rare stamps: 35 Para in 9 1/2 perforation and 10 Para bisect are both in perfect condition, the two common 35 Para stamps have some small imperfections. THE 10 PARA BISECT IS ONLY RECORDED ON THIS COVER FRONT AND ON THREE SMALL FRAGMENTS USED IN IVANJICA, (the small fragment illustrated in Rasic was sold in the "Alexander" gold medal collection: see Feldman 1986 lot 9159, described as unique for 9200 CHF including the auction fees). The rare 35 Para with 9 1/2 perforation is said to be "THE ONLY RECORDED EXAMPLE OF THE 35 PARA WITH THIS RARE PERFORATION USED ON COVER" see the Christies Zürich sale 3.1996 lot 713. A GREAT SERBIA RARITY IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. Certificate Jovan Velickovic: "meiner Meinung nach ist dieser Beleg authentisch und unbehandelt" and opinion Pascal Scheller (Paris)
