1919. Scott 1 - 4, locally perforated, tied by linear violet "Tallin", circular "TALLIN B 7.3.19" alongside. The linear "TALLINN" cancels were a temporary measure in the early days of the independence, in addition to the current circular Russian cancels. This cover has the early version of Tallinn circular cancel, so it is believed that the linear "Tallinn" cancel was applied in response to a request by a philatelist.
