Soiled, registered envelope addressed to Pointe a Pitre, Guadeloupe bearing Yvert 134, 1c carmine and Yvert 176, 1c on 1pi purple (7) tied by Cape Hatian double ring with hand-struck 'Recommande’, routed via New York with 'Opened by Censor No' label and circular 'Passed by Censor/361' in red with Pointe a Pitre receiver and forwarded to St Francais with arrival. Very nice item of mail from Haiti.
