1887 Triple-weight cover from Penang to England 'Per Parcel Mail', franked by 1883 2c. rose (seven, including block of three) and 4c. brown block of three and single for 30c. in total, all tied by circle of dots h/s, small "A/PENANG/JU 9/87" cds alongside, Cambridge arrival cds on the reverse. The large-size envelope with opening faults affecting one 4c. stamp otherwise fine. A most attractive and high franking.
