1856-65: Group of about 20 Indian QV stamps used in Singapore and cancelled by octagonal numeral "B/172", with seven different singles including watermarked 8a. carmine, pair 1a. brown along with 4a. black on small piece (one 1a. faulty), 8a. carmine (no Wmk) block of six (top row with faults) and large piece with originally eight 2a. yellow-buff (two strips of four, five stamps damaged) and red Singapore datestamp. Mixed condition but still an interesting group including fine stamps. (SG about £1200)
