1920 Karachi-Bombay First Flight: British postal stationery envelope 1d. Jubilee used for registered airmail from Karachi to Bombay, franked by India KGV. 2a6p and 6a on front, ½a. gutter marginal block of four and two pairs of ½a. and 1a. both surcharged "SPECIMEN" in violet, all tied by special "KARACHI AIR POST/22 FEB 20" Aircraft cds, and with similar Bombay '24 FEB 20' arrival cds. The envelope has been opened three side for presentation, and lighty soiled, but still a most uncommon and attractive cover.
