1909, 5c. red on insufficiently paid cover from Shanghai Chinese Post via French P.O. 9.2.09 addressed to a French soldier at Tonkin, on reverse transit marks "Haiphong 18.2.", "Moncay 21.2." and "8.3.", "Quanton 10.3." (in total twelve ! different postmarks on reverse), redirected to Rochefort/France and charged by postage dues, finally sent to Tanarive/Madagascar with arrival mark 18.7., some inevitable postal wear. Most unusual and rare cover!
