1947, Amtsbrief aus Wien nach Millstatt. Belastung für den Empfänger waren 1,15 Schilling; 40 Gr. Normalporto für den Brief und 75 Gr. Rückscheingebühr. Da der Empfänger nicht anwesend war, wurden die Portomarken mit Blau- und Rotstift als ungültig gekennzeichnet und der Brief am 6.12.47 an die neue Adresse nach Gmünd gesandt. Diese Zustellung war erfolgreich und der Empfänger zahlte die Gebühr von 1,15 Schilling.
