Handwritten "40" for postage to be paid, fr. on arrival with 40l. already used stamp (ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΝ*11.ΙΟΥΛ) cancelled for second time "ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΝΟΥΠΟΛΙΣ (ΤΟΥΡΚΙΑ)*29.ΣΕΠΤ.69". Second cancellation placed skillfully upon original strike in order to deceive the post office. (Hellas 28b).
