They come from the proof sheets recorded by Kaczmarczyk at page 97 of his study on the Syrian, Lebanese and Alaouites stamps characterized by the variant in the inscription below in the air postage stamps, "SANATORIUM A BHANNES" later corrected in "SANATORIUM DE BHANNES".
