To Durban' and forwarded from Cape Town with framed bilingual instructional 'Posted Out of Cours/To Pay' with Cape Town registration label, circular ‘T/4D' hand-stamp and bearing South Africa postage dues SG D26, 2d purple (pair) tied by Pretoria receiver.
