Compania De Los Ferro-Carriles De Mallorca, 1885 Specimen Circulating Banknote-Bond Quartet. Palma, Spain, July 1, 1885, Lot of 4 different Specimen Interest bearing Circulating Bonds or notes, All SCWPM Unlisted, Includes 25 Pesetas, Ser.A; 50 Pesetas, Ser.B; 250 Pesetas, Ser.D and 500 Pesetas, Ser.E, evidently missing the 100 Pesetas note. All have similar design of small train on top over title with black borders and different color underprints, All with pin-punch SPECIMEN BW&Co, in bottom signature blocks, all have archival notations on counterfoil as well as Serial Number ranges, Choice AU to Uncirculated. Rare early Spanish railroad circulating bonds, possibly similar to a Bono de Caja. BWC.
