Front side: Above the inscription:"ישיבת ויזניץ בית ישראל ודמשק אליעזר ב"ב. בנשיאות כ"ק מרן אדמו"ר שליטא". In the center, a painting of a large building that appears to be the Yeshiva, and the inscription: "מוגש בהוקרה לתומכי הישיבה". 

Back side: Inscribed in Hebrew: "בס"ד". Below it, a decoration inside it: "מטבע ברכה מאת כ"ק מרן אדמו"ר שליט"א". At the bottom the caption: "שפע ברכה והצלחה" and "בני חיי ומזוני רויתי".
