On the title page of the book and on its last leaf, the stamp of the publisher Rabbi Pinchas Menachem Justman author of 'Siftei Tzaddik'.

Rareness: Although a warning appears at the beginning of the book, according to which "Any buyer who buys this book and does not find my stamp on it will know for sure that it has been stolen". Seemingly, his stamp must appear on most copies of the book. However, our research has revealed that his stamps do not appear on most of the copies that exist today! Before us is a rare copy that does bear his stamps; a "kosher" copy which is also nicely preserved.

The Rebbe Rabbi Pinchas Menachem of Pilica, the favorite grandson of Chidushei Ha'Rim and author of 'Siftei Tzaddik'. He was born in 1848 to his father Rabbi Binyamin Eliezer Justman, the son-in-low of Chidushei Ha'Rim. As a child, he studied with his grandfather, who liked him very much. Later, he studied with Rabbi Chanoch Henich of Alexander. When his brother-in-law, the Sefat Emet, became the leader of a community, he travelled to him and married his cousin, daughter of the 'Imrei Emet'. He was known as a Torah genius and as a Tzaddik who left his impression on all those around him. He died in 1921.

בשער הספר וכן על הדף האחרון מופיעה חותמת של המו"ל הרה"ק רבי פנחס מנחם יוסטמאן זצ"ל בעל 'שפתי צדיק'.

נדירות: הגם שבראש הספר הוא הדפיס אזהרה "אבקש מכל קונה שיבוא ליד ספר הלז ולא יהיה חתום בחותמי ידע בבירור שהוא גנב אתו", ולכאורה משמע שברוב העותקים הנמכרים אמורה להופיע חותמתו, מבדיקה שערכנו מתברר שברוב העותקים הקיימים כיום החותמות לא מופיעות! לפנינו עותק נדיר שאכן נושא את חותמותיו; עותק כשר, כדת וכדין, וגם שמור במצב יפה.

האדמו"ר רבי פנחס מנחם מפילץ – נכדו חביבו של החידושי הרי"ם. הרה"ק בעל 'שפתי צדיק' נולד בשנת תר"ח לאביו רבי בנימין אליעזר יוסטמן חתן הרה"ק בעל חידושי הרי"ם, ראשית חינוכו היה אצל סבו הגדול שחיבבו מאוד, לאחר מכן דבק ברבי חנוך העניך מאלכסנדר וכשהחל גיסו השפת אמת להנהיג עדה נסע אליו, נשא את בת דודו האמרי אמת. .נודע כגאון מופלג בתורה וכצדיק נשגב, עשה רושם עצום על כל רואיו ורבי אברהם מטשכנוב העיד עליו "יש לו את כל הצלם אלוקים', נפטר בשנת תרפ"א.
