Cover has been opened roughly (closed tears), but still good appearance and a scarce destination.

"On H.M.S." and tied by Bombay duplex, Gogo 1st Delivery cds on the reverse, and with complete contents (receipt of Government Central Press). A really scarce item, and very few examples are recorded, in good condition.
