1871, 20 Para green in blocks and stripes on cover forming the very scarce 15 1/2 Piaster rate, all cancelled blue boxed "YOZGAT" and negative registration mark alongside, at arrival in Istanbul local 1 Pia. brown affixed and tied by Bagtche Capussi oval ds., opened out for display and shortened on reverse, few minor faults, overall a very attractive franking and great showpiece!
